The Role of the Holy Spirit
**Scripture**: “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you
forever.” - John 14:16 (ESV)
The Holy Spirit, referred to as our Helper, is a divine companion in our journey of faith. Jesus assured His disciples that they would not be left alone; the Holy Spirit would guide, teach, and comfort them. This same promise holds true for us today. When we face opposition or uncertainty, we can find great comfort in knowing that the Holy Spirit is within us. He enables us to bear fruit, discern God’s will, and navigate life’s complexities. As we cultivate a relationship with the Holy Spirit, we grow in faith and are empowered to fulfill the calling God has placed on our lives.
**Prayer**: Holy Spirit, thank You for being my Helper and guide. Teach me to listen to Your
voice and rely on Your wisdom. May I grow in my relationship with You and bear fruit that
glorifies God. Amen.
