Sticking With It
Scripture: "Pray without ceasing." - 1 Thessalonians 5:17 and Jeremiah 33:3, “Call unto me and I will answer and will tell you great and hidden things which you have not known.”
Perseverance in prayer can sometimes feel challenging, yet this call to pray continuously is an invitation to maintain deep, ongoing communication with God. Jeremiah 33:3 assures us that our prayers are always heard. As you reflect on your personal prayer journey, think about the areas where you might have grown weary. Life can test our faith and commitment to prayer, but the promise of God’s faithfulness remains steadfast. Consider committing to set specific prayer goals—whether it’s daily quiet time, journaling your prayers, or creating a prayer chain with friends or family.
Reflection: Identify the areas in your life where you need to hold on steadfastly in prayer.
Prayer: Lord, help me to remain steadfast in prayer. May I seek You daily and hold onto faith in every aspect of my life. Thank You for hearing my cries and for being a constant source of hope. May I never tire of coming to You.
Amen.
