Trusting God's Timetable
Scripture: Isaiah 40:31
Isaiah reminds us of the strength we gain from waiting on the Lord—a strength that renews us and allows us to soar like eagles. However, in our fast-paced world, patience can be one of our greatest challenges. Often, our lack of patience is mistaken for a lack of faith, when in fact, God is calling us to trust in His perfect timing. When it seems that answers are delayed, it’s an invitation to deepen our reliance on His wisdom and timing.
Delay does not mean denial. When prayers seem unanswered, and God’s promises feel distant, remember that God's timing is precise. Our role is to wait faithfully, trusting that His plans for us are good, and His timing is impeccable.
Prayer: Father, teach me to wait upon You with a trusting heart. Help me to understand that Your ways and timing are perfect, even when I am impatient for answers. Give me the strength to endure and the perspective to see Your work in my life, trusting that You will fulfill Your promises according to Your perfect plan. Amen.
