Trusting God When the Path Is Unclear

Reading: Joshua 14: 6-12


Devotional: Uncertainty often causes spiritual vertigo, making us feel dizzy and disoriented in our faith journey. Joshua 14 reminds us that moving forward doesn’t require perfect clarity but trust in God’s faithfulness. Proverbs 3:5-6 encourages us to “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” When the future seems uncertain, surrender your need for control and lean fully on God’s wisdom. He sees the bigger picture and will guide your steps even when you cannot see the way. Faith grows as we walk forward, not when we wait for perfect conditions. Today, commit to trusting God’s presence and direction, even in the unknown.
