Renewing Your Mind

Reading: Romans 12:1,2 — “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”


Devotional: Spiritual vertigo often begins in the mind, where lies and doubts swirl uncontrollably. Renewing the mind with God’s truth is essential to overcoming this confusion. Romans 12:2 urges us, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”


Today, intentionally replace negative or fearful thoughts with Scripture. Write down God’s promises and meditate on them until they reshape your thinking. This mental renewal rewires your spiritual balance and opens your heart to God’s guidance.


When you are doubtful, ask God to help you recognize and reject lies. Fill your mind with His truth, and watch how your spiritual equilibrium is restored. Clarity begins with what you allow to dwell in your thoughts.
