Choosing Your Master

**Scripture:** “No servant can serve two masters. For either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other.” - Luke 16:13 (ESV)

In our walk with God, we face the important decision of choosing our master—who or what we ultimately prioritize in life. When we set our sights on Jesus and abide in Him, we tap into a wellspring of strength and resilience. This choice requires humility and a willingness to surrender our own desires for His greater purpose. By reflecting Christ's love, we become effective witnesses. Consider what might be competing for your affections. What distractions might be pulling you away from fully embracing your relationship with Jesus? Lay those at His feet today.

**Prayer:** Lord, help me to choose You above all else. Give me wisdom to discern distractions that pull me away from my relationship with You. Teach me to abide in Your love and strength daily. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
