The Denial of God’s Word

In the garden, Satan’s strategy was to first sow doubt about God’s Word. “Did God really say?” Then, he moved to denial, telling Eve that God didn’t mean what He said. This progression is still at work today, as many deny the truth of God’s Word and seek to replace it with their own version of reality.

God’s Word stands firm, and we are called to build our lives upon it. When we deny God’s Word, we lose the foundation of truth that brings peace. Without truth, peace becomes impossible.

Consider areas in your life where you may have unknowingly denied God’s truth. Pray for the strength to stand firm in His Word, no matter the pressure to deny or compromise it.

Prayer:

Lord, forgive me for the times I have doubted or denied Your Word. Help me to build my life on the firm foundation of Your truth. May I trust in Your promises, no matter what the world says. Amen.
