Bold Access to God
Now that the veil has been torn, we can approach God with boldness and confidence. Hebrews 4:16 encourages us to come to God’s throne of grace with confidence so that we may receive mercy and grace in our time of need. No longer do we need a mediator besides Jesus. He is our High Priest who intercedes for us, and through Him, we have unlimited access to God the Father.
In our struggles and needs, we can turn to God directly. We don’t have to be afraid of rejection or distance because Jesus has made the way for us to approach God with assurance.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You that I can come before You boldly because of Jesus. Help me to always remember that You are never far from me and that I can bring my concerns directly to You. Amen.
